Don't try to show off multiple products or long product descriptions in the same spot. The message will drown in all the information. Keep it simple.

Colors can be used actively to get attention. Bright and powerful colors comes off extra vivid on screens and can work as an attention getter. Just don't overdo it. Nobody likes to watch spots or advertisements that look like a christmas tree and give you a headache.
